DADDY'S HEARTBEAT (5) - HIS PLEASURES - THE TWO KEYS TO GOD'S HEART (PT.1)
From the life of King David, we observe that the two things that pleased God most and qualified him to be called ‘the man after God’s own heart ’are: Adoration (worship) and Brokenness (humble under His dealings).
Adoration (worship) and brokenness are the two most important keys to tug at the heartstrings of God and will lead us into His inner chambers during our ministry and intimacy with Him, the highest form of worship.
Songs of Songs 1: 4: ‘(Beloved) Take me away with You – let us hurry! Let the King bring me into His chambers... (Friends) We rejoice and delight in You; we will praise Your love more than wine… (Beloved) How right they are to adore You!’
There are delight and fulfillment in Adoration (worship). God is love (1John 4:8). He is an epitome of perfect and divine love. And those who draw near to Him will receive the immense feelings of love, peace and joy beyond all understanding ( the living waters), His dominant characters. There’s no high greater than the Lord most High!!!
I have said before that humanity is a sponge for love especially in this fallen world where the hearts of men have grown cold because of wickedness. (Matt. 24:12) And this power of His love will draw all men unto Him in worship and these people will hunger and thirst for more and more. Fill us Lord, we pray!!! And God will be delighted too in this fellowship of love, in the flow of our spirits being one with Him; Heart to heart, Spirit to spirit. Hallelujah!!!
Psalm 51:16-17, ‘You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; You do not take pleasure in burnt offerings. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit and a broken and contrite heart, O God, You will not despise.’
But God is also a ‘Consuming Holy Fire'. Deut. 4:24, ‘For the Lord your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God.’ (Heb.12:29). God hates sins but He loves the sinners.
God’s Holy Fire will devour all the impurities in you gradually as you draw closer and closer by the magnetic power of His love. God will also use testing and trials to humble you and break you so that He can transform you to be more and more like Him. And God will be delighted in that process of purifying you.
King David in the Bible was able to follow after God’s own heart not only through his Adoration (worship) but also allowed God to break and make him, the man God would want him to be to serve His purpose.
They are a ‘double happiness’ to God. He will accomplish His perfect plan through this ‘love and chastisement’ in due time.
‘ADORATION’ IS THE CARROT AND ‘BROKENNESS’ IS THE STICK. That’s how they train horses. They will attract and reward the horses with carrots or bits when they do well and they will use the cane if they are stubborn.
Rev.3:19, ‘Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline.’ They work hand in hand.
God draws you by His love and purifies you in the process. Glory to His Name!!!
Just a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine to go down; the fulfillment in Adoration (Worship) is the sugar that will help us through the times of God’s dealings (the medicine). Amen!!!
ADORATION (WORSHIP)
What is adoration? Adoration is the highest form of worship. It begins where corporate worship ends. It is done in the secrecy of your private room called the secret place. There is this throne room worship where we bow in awesome respect and thanksgiving where we throw our crowns to the floor and fall prostrate before God in great reverence.
There are times when we enter the chamber of God and we experience divine love and intimacy with Him. God has many facets to His character, He is not a boring God or emotionless. Everything has a season. It is God’s choice. He will initiate while you sing love songs to Him. We just respond spontaneously while we sit at His feet in adoration.
Song of Songs 2:7, ‘…Do not arouse or awaken love until it so desires.’
Many people thought that by going to church every Sunday and sing some songs, is already worship. It is only the outer court worship. When you come into the Holy of Holies, like the Priest who burnt incense, it is one to one, God and the Priest, a personal relation is developed when you are one to one, the highest form of worship.
Psalm 27:4, ‘One thing I ask of the Lord, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze (behold) upon the beauty of the Lord and to seek Him in His temple.’
Adoration is :-
Love responding to love in worship. It is spontaneous when you are singing love songs and worshipping Him. The Bible says, whatever measures you give unto God, it shall be measured back unto you. (Matt.7:2) There is a flow of fellowship. Love will attract love,
Song of Songs 6:3, ‘I am my lover’s and my lover is mine: He browses among the lilies.’
To look at God intensely with love,
‘…to gaze (behold) upon the beauty of the Lord…’ (Psalm 27:4)
To give God the highest degree of reverence and submission,
Psalm 5:7, ‘But I, by your great mercy, will come into your house; in reverence will I bow down towards your holy temple.’
The physical expression of an attitude of the heart; like that of a dog and its master (master-servant), or a husband and a wife (lover).
Judson Cornwall, a famous authority and specialist in writing books of worship, a lover of God, describes adoration in his book , ‘The Secret of Personal Prayer’ as: ‘Stirring the emotions to their maximum intensity in responding with unearthly delight, unspeakable joy and unsurpassed peace; Adoration inspires love and devotion so intense that it surpasses our understanding.’
This is one dimensions of worship that most people of God are not aware of or are too shy to share. This is the part where Jesus describes in Luke 10:38-42 as ‘what is better’ or ‘the best part’ of worship.
Jesus was at the house of Martha and Mary. Martha was distracted by all the preparation that had to be made, and Mary, her sister, was sitting at the feet of Jesus, ministering and adoring Him. Martha obviously was annoyed and told Jesus to ask Mary to help her. Jesus rebuked her saying, ‘Martha, Martha you are worried and upset about many things, but only one thing is needed. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.’ (Luke 10:41). Praise the Lord!!!
It is now time for the people of God to come into His chamber and have love talk with Him. We do not have to worship from afar. We have been born in a time such as this that we can have easy access to the throne room of God by the precious blood of the Lamb, who has once taken us into the Holy of Holies. We can come boldly before His throne.
This is one song that I have written to bring people step-by-step into the loving presence of God: first, the impersonal bright light (outer court); then, the awesome throne room experience (Inner Court); and finally, to the highest worship, the chamber of God where we will drink from the river of His Divine love.
Psalm 46:4, ‘There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells.’
It is included in my album called ‘Intimacy’, song No. 8

ADORATION (Habakkuk 3:4, Isaiah 6:1, Gal 5:22)
Spoken:
Your splendor is like sunrise
Rays flash from every side
When I approach this circular radiance
I am consumed by Your brilliance
As I begin to draw closer and closer
I am overwhelmed by Your intense brightness
Within the core of that Holy fire
I see a man sitting on a throne
And the train of His robe fills the temple
You are highly exalted and praise O God
I stand and begin to worship in awe
My crowns I throw to the floor
Your beautiful countenance is oozing with love
Peace, joy, tenderness and kindness from above
My heart falls for those graceful features
My passionate emotions have been stirred
I find myself in love, like never before
Your lovely face God, I adore
I love You Lord, give me more
Sing:
O the soft, soft gentle love of God is pouring
We exchange this fellowship of love
O the soft, soft tender peace of God is flowing
We commune in intimate love
Give me more Lord
Give me more
Take me higher
Let me soar………….repeat

There is someone I know
The world is His footstool
The clouds are the dust of His feet
The moon and the stars are the gleam from His teeth
And the sun the sparkles in His eyes
There is someone I know
Who knew me before I was born
Who created my inmost being
Whose eyes beheld my unformed body
Who first loved me though I was still in sin
Chorus:
Jesus its You
You're the one that I know
Yes its You
You're the someone I know
It is You
You're the one that I know
Jesus is You

COMMENTS.
Mr. CL Yam, Singapore.
Hi KB
Just viewed your testimony at the talk show with Vernon and Margaret Falls. I am impressed by what you have achieved for the Lord. Most importantly, you have persevered despite all the sufferings which you have testified "from being a curse to blessings for others" is indeed an offering acceptable to God.
We are to participate in the fellowship of the sufferings of Christ that we may be perfected.
This is not easy but let the grace of God and the power of the Holy Spirit gives you strength as you continue to minister and touch the lives of those who are sick and depressed as well as those who are healthy.
Hope to catch up with you...
Best regards
C.L.Yam
Pastor KM CHAN, Joycity Church, Perth, Australia.
Hi Bro,
Thanks for the dvds. Enjoy your testimony with Margaret and Vernon Falls. Can I have a few more of the ones with the Falls ?
I shed tears of joy listening to you. I am very proud to have you as my brother.
It’s probably the best video clip I have seen so far which captures your testimony, the kidneys and your song in the night all within about 20mins.
We thank God and give Him the glory for looking after you; even counting you worthy to suffer for Him. More than that, I am a living testament of one of the fruits you bear out of that suffering that God calls you into which you accepted so gracefully. We suffer for various reasons; most of it is because of our own wrong doings.
But 1 Peter 3:17 talks about the suffering for doing good and it is in this aspect that I see what you have suffered most over the many years in your sickness ie that of being misunderstood.
Without the kidneys is one thing; being misunderstood / judged unfairly, even by the people closes to you, is another.
My encouragement for you brother is to keep on keeping on with the words from 1 Peter 3:15-16
1Pe 3:15-17 But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander
Secondly, watching the dvd caused me to ask the question why are you on a program for healing ? When yours is a testimony of suffering in sickness ?
I believe in the laying on of hands to heal the sick in Jesus’ name at every opportunity. I believe in divine health too.
But as I watched you shared, I see the testimony of HOPE for all who are going through suffering. In the current climate, many are looking at their own helpless situations; be it finance, sickness, fear of sickness, death, delinquent kids, unfaithfulness, uncertainties etc and your life suffering gives them HOPE. It points them to a Creator-Saviour who loves them.
Rom 5:1-5 Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.
Whilst you rejoice in your sufferings, your suffering has produced in you perseverance, perseverance character and character hope.
And HOPE is where many will see God through you…….with the TV screen, it has gone into nations.
Let me hear from your heart.
Take care and God bless,
KM

Dear uncle Chan,
I dont know what to say my heart was pounding with joy when I saw the word "KB Chan" in my account. I was astonished.
Thank you Jesus for helping me to contact a wonderful man of Your's. Uncle, I again want to say that your music - It is not you who is singing. It really is God whom I can hear, feel, taste. I really feel the prescence of God. Really!!!
The first song which I heard - Spiritual intimacy was so touching, I even shared it in our fellowship. I even gave the cd to our neighbour and they too were touched.
Every where I put this CD, people ask who sang it and where did you get it from.
Wonderful, uncle! Your team of singers they are blessed too.
Your daughter's songs are superb, all glory to My God, we Even did a choreography with the Father's day song in our fellowship.
Those children who sang them are wonderful. The instrumentalists are very good. I play keyboard, guitar and many other.
Each and every note..........I dont know how to explain. Words are not enough to describe God's work.I have a lot more to say. But right now we have a fellowship and I have to Go.
Uncle Chris mentor me through his teachings and you mentor me through your songs.

DADDY'S HEARTBEAT (3) - HIS PLEASURES - THE SEASONS OF GOD
Rom 8:29 says, ‘For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.’
The Outer Court - (Modern Day Church of Christ)
In the Spirit Realm, after the death and resurrection of Christ, the Tabernacle and Temple of God of the Old Testament on earth became embodied in the body of Christ; in the fulfillment of the Scriptures; where Christ became the head of the Church (Eph.5:23) (Col.1:18) and His body and the faculties of His body; the hands, legs and organs etc. became the churches and ministries of the modern day Church of Christ.
1Cor.6:19, ‘Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?’
The Sheep or the people of God became the cells that form the body. God begins to dwell in the hearts of His people. The cells or the 'little temples' must be rejuvenated first before health comes to the body and organs; regeneration of the body needs to start from the cells first.
After the salvations of the souls, bought by the Blood of Jesus, it is the season of God to bring refreshing and rejuvenation to the cells of the church. The Children of God that came into the outer court of the Old Testament Temple which was open-aired, were subjected to the sun and the rain; the elements of nature.
Matt.5:45, ‘He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.’ Even in the presence of God, they are flesh and spirit; uncommitted and worldly, so to say.
The modern day Christians will be filled with the Holy Spirit of liberty and joy but on the other hand, they are still subjected to the influence of the world and its systems. They are also flesh. Just like the Israelites in the wilderness, they reminisced about the garlic, the onions and melons of the place they have left. Egypt was not out of them yet.
God provides purification and forgiveness of sins through the blood of Jesus (Heb.9:12) and sanctification through of the cleansing of the Holy Spirit in the present day Church which has taken over the work at the Brazen Altar, where the blood of bulls and calves were bled (Heb.9:22) for the forgiveness of sins and the cleansing bowls (Bronze Basin) where the Israelites washed their hands and feet before they entered the Old Testament Temple’s Outer Court.
Titus 3:5-6, ‘…He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior.’
The Children of God are redeemed by blood and water. 1Peter 3:21, ‘…and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also – not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of good conscience towards God…’
When the children of God are born-again, their spirits are instantly healed, when the active Holy Spirit of God dwells in their dormant human spirit and begins to influence every function of the soul and body.
The souls being abused by the fallen world with their scars and deeply rooted negative attitudes; need time for God to heal. God will slowly layer by layer, like peeling an onion, get to the core and bring healing to the entire soul. It is a long process of regeneration, sanctification by the Spirit of God. We can only received full healing when Jesus comes.
Our bodies can only receive total physical healing and overcome physical death when Jesus returns.
1Thess.4:16-17, ‘For the Lord Himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.
When Christ returns, those who have died and are with Jesus will be given new bodies – resurrected and glorified bodies just like Jesus. So it is with Christ, there is healing in the spirit, soul and body in His time.
There would be great celebration at the outer courts as people brought their sacrifices and thanksgiving as worship unto the Lord. As they burned their bulls and calves at the Brazen Altar, there would be great fellowship and feasting in the presence of the Lord. Great joy and liberty filled the atmosphere as the presence of God filled their hearts in unity. People brought their tithes and offerings and gifts into the Temple in their worship unto God.
The modern day churches today have celebration service as they continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving – the fruit of their lips that confess His name.(Heb.13:15) Imagine you have to bring bulls and calves to the church every week for our sacrifice.
Some churches have ‘Pot Bless’ where they fellowship after the service. Due to the presence of the Holy Spirit and the mild sanctifying fire of the Refiner’s Fire, there will be great rejoicing in liberty, peace, joy and love as the body of Christ dwells in harmony.
They will bring their offerings and tithes to the church in obedience to the Lord for provisions in the House of God. And the light of the Lord will shine upon them and bless them.
In both the Old Testament Temple and the New Testament Church the musical worship is corporate worship; worshipping from afar, master and servant, father and son relationship.
Eph. 4:8, ‘…when He ascended on high, He led captivity captive; and gave gifts to men.’ (v11) It was He who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelist, and some to be pastors and teachers to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.’
1Cor.12:8-11, ‘To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, to another the message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues and to still another the interpretation of tongues. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and He gives them to each one, just as He determines.'
In the New Testament Church, as God dwells among men, He raises up people called ‘The Five Folds Ministers’ (Eph.4:11) to help in the service of teaching of the body of Christ in the discipleship of His Saints. He also presents them with Spiritual gifts to function in the prophetic, where in the Old Testament; the ministry of a Prophet took the whole package deal.
The people of God will have to submit to the leaders and authorities God has place above them. And because of the unction of the Holy Spirit in the hearts of men to go and witness to people, there will be a great avalanche of souls into the kingdom through their effort of evangelism and missions; although the children of God are still not perfect yet. God will rejoice and will gather His angels and tell them, ‘Look at my children, although they are not perfect, they are still pressing in for Me, Oh!!! I am delighted.’
This has been the condition of the present day churches around the world today. Most of the church people of God are complacent and satisfied that they have already been saved, THEY ARE CONTENTED AND SATISFIED AS THEY CONTINUE TO LIVE THEIR LIVES BETWEEN FLESH AND SPIRIT.
But many have individually responded to the challenge of God to be Kings and Priests (King David) and be drawn by the love of God to enter into the Holy Place. It is a challenge to the people of God as a spiritual step of promotion and advancement and maturity in the Spirit; a greater reward is waiting in heaven. The veil in the Most Holy Place has been torn into two but there is an invisible curtain that separates the outer court and the inner court and that is the curtain of His love that draws men into the Holy Place for those who are hungry and thirsty for more of His righteousness. I will show you how in the next season. Amen.!!!
The second part of this message will be continued in my next chapter under 'The Perfect Will' of God, 'The Seasons of God' the second season. More revelations to come, keep your fingers crossed.
Please listen to song 'My Delight'
One night I woke up surrounded by the presence of the Lord. I was filled with the Holy Spirit
and I did not know why He had visited me. When I asked, I could hear clearly these words in my heart 'Sing to me'. I had no song book beside me but I remembered a song by Elvis Presley called 'Young and beautiful' I liked the melody so I sang unto the Lord that night. This song came out of the encounter with God that night. Glory to God.

DADDY'S HEARTBEAT (2) - HIS PLEASURES - THE SEASONS OF GOD.
Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8,
‘There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven:
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.’
To know the times and seasons of the Heartbeats of our God and obey them, will give God great pleasure and also blessings to our lives.
Jeremiah 29:11, ‘For I know the plans I have for you.’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future…’
God has chosen out a plan for us before the foundation of the earth. God’s plan for us is from here to eternity. Through the eyes of God, the process of blessing us is not only for this life but also for the Kingdom to come.
Our lives on earth is only the beginning, it is for us to prove our faithfulness to Him. For His plans for us is to spend eternity with Him. What is 70-80 years on earth compared to eternity?
Yet God is preparing us through the seasons, refining and perfecting us while we are on earth.
Philippians 1:6, ‘…that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.’
We can learn a good lesson from the Israelites in the wilderness after leaving Egypt; on their way to the promise land.
Exodus 40: 36-38, ‘ In all the travels of the Israelites, whenever the cloud lifted from above the tabernacle, they would set out; but if the cloud did not lift, they would not set out – until the day it lifted. So the cloud of the Lord was over the tabernacle by day, and fire was in the cloud by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel during their travels.’
The Israelites were obedient to the seasons of God and were bless by His guidance. They would loose the covering of God if they did not move on with the clouds. They were privileged to be blessed by His personal Glory in attendance.
Have you overstayed? Are you sensitive to the seasons of God? Why are you not blessed?
Sometimes by our human minds we would like to stay on in the oasis of comfort, but God says, move on!!!
Acts 17:26, 'From one man He made every nation of men, that they should inhibit the whole earth; and He determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live.'
From the seed of Abraham to the many generations of his children and children to come, God is moving in the seasons of His great big plan for humanity. From the prophecies of the coming Messiah of the old testament Prophets, to their fulfillment in the revelation of Jesus Christ; and from the beginning of the new testament church to the second coming Jesus Christ , there is a perfect flow of God’s sequence and timing in His season. He will make all things beautiful in His time.
Hurry!!! Hurry!!! For those who sow in tears shall reap in joy. (Psalm 125:5) For weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning. (Psalm 30:5)
We are living in the night in this fallen world and whatever we have labored and suffered for righteousness sake, will be no more when morning comes. We look forward to a new day of rewards. Morning may also mean when we have completed our jobs on earth and God brings us back home to rest.
1Peter:6-7, ‘In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that your faith – of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire – may proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.’
For the phase of this season on earth will be coming to an end soon, and all that has been promised in His Words will finally be fulfilled in the New Jerusalem . Hallelujah!!!
THREE DIFFERENT SEASONS OF GOD - (In the lives of believers)
Rom 8:29 says, ‘For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.’
While men have different cycles of seasons in their lives, God has three distinct seasons for our lives. Let us break up the above verse into three parts.
'For whom He foreknew' - First Season - The Permissive Will of God
'He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son' - The Second Season- The Perfect Will of God.
'That He might be the firstborn among many brethren' - Third Season - His Love
FIRST SEASON - FOR WHOM HE FOREKNEW
Since God has chosen us, foreknew us before the foundation of the earth and we have responded through our own choice to become His children, He definitely receives great pleasure out of it. God gives gifts and favors to His children.
They have been abused by this fallen world and its systems both physically and spiritually and were in great needs before they came into the Kingdom.
Psalm 100:4, ‘Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise, give thanks to Him and praise His name. For the Lord is good and His love endures forever, His faithfulness continues through all generations.’
In this first season of God for the spiritual babies, He comforts them with streams in the desert, He satisfies their hunger and thirst and fills them with His love, peace and joy beyond all understanding and blankets them with a mild refiner’s fire in corporate worship; a fulfillment of the Old Testament prophecies. The promises in the Bible are now all yours, my beloved, all yours, grab it and run, baby!!!
Zephaniah 3:17, ‘He will take great delight in you, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.’
They begin to enjoy the ecstasies of worship while God begins to woo them and draws them further into His presence with His love. Imagine the times of wooing in the ‘Bollywood’ pictures when the man begins to woo the woman.
It is the honeymoon season and God answers all their prayers from the most insignificant to the important. From prosperity, physical and spiritual healing to a taste of His divine love, they will be highly favored in this season of God. Humanity is a sponge for love.
Matt.24:12, ‘Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of many will grow cold…’
At this stage, out of His permissive will and by His grace and mercy through the blood of Jesus, God will play the part of the Father in providing for the needs of His children and He will receive great pleasure out of it but the children only know how to receive.
This new creation is made up of part flesh and part spirit. Their spirit is willing because of their ‘first love’ for God but their flesh is weak; like a spiritual monster.
Christians in this season is inward, self centered and it’s all about them; and it is a hindrance in the work of the Lord sometimes. When they open their mouths it is I, me and mine, even in the things of God. They want God to work for them instead of them working for God.
Slowly God will begin to empty their worldliness, teach them to die to self and crucify their flesh. They have come out of Egypt but Egypt is not out of them yet.

Eph. 1:9-10, ‘Having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself, that in the dispensation of the fullness of times. He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth in Him.
HIS PLEASURES - His Prophetic Voice
In the last days, the world will experience a great intensity in the prophetic. Joel: 2:28, ‘……that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh. Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy…….’ Everyone who has the Spirit of God will hear directly from Him and will obey and every activities and ministries of God on earth will be based in the prophetic, in hearing the voice of God.
To know the heart of the heavenly Father, His pleasures, His will, And His love, is prophetic, from the throne room of His grace. You will have to come closer to the Lord to hear His heartbeat. When we obey His will, God will receive great pleasure and we will also receive great delight and fulfillment.
In these last days, God will raise up a generation of God-pleasers, who will hear and obey to do anything for God unto death, Jesus being the first fruit. Rom: 8:29c ‘….the first born among many brothers….’
Rev.12:11. ‘They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.’
Jesus when He was on earth had given God great pleasure through His obedience to Him even unto death.
Luke: 22:42 ‘…..Father if it is your will, take this cup away from me; nevertheless not my will, but yours be done…’
Jesus knew His sacrificial mission and gave priority to give pleasure to God to fulfill His will. And for that Jesus is now glorified sitting at the right hand of the Father in heaven.
Another hero of faith in the Bible is King David who had given God great delight.
Acts 13:22, ‘…I have found David, the son of Jesse, a man after my own heart, who will do all my will.’
Although he had made many mistakes in his lifetime, David was repentant, humble and teachable. He was willing to yield to God’s heavy dealings until he was so broken and contrite, which is a necessity in true worship, in the caves of Adulam. He did great exploits for the Lord in his time and God granted him many favors.
Psalms 21:2 ‘You have given Him His heart’s desire, and have not withheld the request of His lips.’ And so are some of the heroes of faith in the Bible who had given God great pleasures through their obedience and faith. E.g. Abraham, Moses, Joshua etc.
Heb. 11:6, ‘And without faith it is impossible to please God…’
GOD CREATED HUMANITY FOR HIS PLEAURES
Rev: 4:11 ‘You are worthy, O Lord, to receive Glory and Honor and Power. For you created all things, and by your will (pleasures) they exist and were created.’
God created humanity to worship and fellowship with Him. He derives great pleasure when He receives our fellowship, worship and praise.
Zep. 3:17, ‘ ……He will rejoice over you with gladness (pleasure) , He will quiet you with His love. He will rejoice over you with singing’.
That is God’s desire in creating us. God was and is seeking after worshippers. Jesus clearly confirms this in the New Testament.
John 4:23, ‘But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipper will worship the Father in Spirit and Truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him’.
He is not looking for worshippers to worship Him only but for them to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth, to worship God with a true heart. That is the heart of worship.
A true heart comes from your choice to worship Him out of the conviction of your own hearts; to worship not with your mouth only but with your heart, mind and soul as well. Isaiah 29:13, ‘These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far away from Me. Their worship of Me is made up only of rules taught by men.’
The heart is the place where the Spirit and the Soul of man meets and belongs to a part of the soul area. In spite of all the temptations to feast their flesh, worldly pleasures, persecutions of the fallen world, the worshippers have made a choice to even suffer afflictions and pains to follow Jesus and deny themselves, crucify their flesh and give glory to Him in worship. And that choice will give God great delight.
He did not want humanity to be like His angels, who have not been given free choice, but to perform according to His bidding; but out of our choices and will, we will give Him, glory, honor and praise.
What had been lost in the Garden of Eden where God visited Adam for fellowship in the cool of the day, God has a plan even before the creation of the earth, in redeeming humanity back into fellowship with Him again, through the cross, according to His plans.
HIS PERMISSIVE WILL - GOD TAKES PLEASURE IN GIVING AND RECEIVING
Eph. 4:8 ‘…..When He ascended on high, He led captives in His train, And gave gifts to men.’
Being a father myself, I can feel the heartbeat of the Father in heaven concerning the areas of provision and expectation. An earthly father gathers great delight in providing for his children’s needs and even wants sometimes. He will be glad just to see them happy.
But on the other hand, He also enjoys seeing his children grow and mature into fine young men, who will have the character of the good father, because he has groomed them to be like him; sometimes even disciplining them when they walk out of alignment. And finally, he would love to see them being useful to serve God and nation when they grow up.
This is also the desire of the Father in Heaven. He receives great pleasure in providing for His earthly children and also makes Him so glad to see them becoming more and more like Him each day, growing in spiritual maturity and Christ-likeness, the mold of Christ in their lives and to be victorious on earth.
The first level of giving that God has found great delight in His children; is in the area of their needs; to meet them at their needs. It is a broken world and God has to heal their brokenness when they come to know Him or receives salvation. It is this area of their needs that God had drawn them to Him.
It is a package deal in salvation where God give gifts to His children in the healing of their bodies, provisions (supply all their needs), prosperity and even ministry and anointing.
He is delighted in His permissive will and love for His children at this point of salvation. His pleasure in giving at this time is like a mother who takes pleasure in cooking for her son and when she sees him enjoying the food she will also feel fulfilled.
But Jesus had not died for those provisions only, although through those gifts they have attracted many to come to know Jesus; because when the human body dies, all these gifts of body healing, provisions, prosperity etc. will be buried with that person and lost forever, if they do not use these gifts to glorify God.
It is disheartening to see churches being set up based on these provisions only. I have often debated with people whose concept of God is in the area of His provisions only, the worldly way of wanting to know God; it may be good to begin with!!!
These had been the focus of the past churches in their evangelistic effort to bring people to know Christ. They had been harping on this topic of provision denying the fact that we have also an eternal purpose and that is to mature to be like Christ and have our souls healed and purified before God takes us to heaven for His eternal purpose, the perfect will of God. God loves to see you more and more like Him.
The healing of the soul area is also in God’s plan for eternal purposes. God wants you to accomplish this mission to purify your soul for your eternal wellbeing. (Rom. 8.28) But for your good may not be for your comfort. (Rev. 3.19)

DADDY'S HEARTBEAT - HAPPY FATHER'S DAY
Hi, Beloved,
Mal. 4:5-6, ‘Behold I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the Lord and the dreadful day of the Lord. And He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.’
This has been the promise of the Father in Heaven; to restore the hearts of the children to their Heavenly Father and also to the hearts of their earthy fathers.
Yes!!! God is waiting for you!!! Have you walked away from your Heavenly Father???
Do you know HIM???
This special Father’s Day, let’s take this opportunity to tell Him how much we love Him and thank Him for the way He has fathered us. Thank Him for His grace and mercy for our lives that He had gone through so much to bring us back to Him.
From Gen.3:19, ‘In the sweat of your face (brow) you shall eat bread.’ to Phil. 4:19, ‘And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.’
If you do not know Him, you have to make your living by the sweat of your brows for your needs as a human being. When Adam and Eve left the Garden of Eden, God cursed the grounds they were standing on. The ground that produced free food for them no longer would provide for them anymore. They had to sweat and farm for their food, just like the people in the world today who do not know the supernatural provisions of this wonderful God.
But I have good news for you if you become His children, He will provide all your needs in the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus. Amen!!! Joint heir with Jesus!!! Not that you don't have to work or be lazy; but God will open doors for you to prosper and He will also provide for you and family even if you go through adverse conditions of needs in your life. I have seen my friends suffered financial needs for many years; and as I looked back I can see His faithfulness in His provision for the needs of my friends and families through the years. Praise the Lord!!!
We have not forgotten our earthly fathers either? By the sweat of their brows they have brought us up and all the years they have fathered us.
My dad was a plumber and by the sweat of his brow he provided all our needs when we were small; providing for us and protecting us.
My dad died 20 years ago and there were many times and occasions I want to say, I love him and thank him for the way he had fathered us; but because of my pride, I have kept it in my heart and I just could not say so. Now is too late.
Let us on this special occasion, give our earthly daddy a thought and remember all the wonderful things he has done for us. Will you???
Perhaps you can sent this song ‘Daddy You’re My Hero’ and tell him how much you love him.
Father You're the best , my delight
Father You're sweet Sweeter than honey on the rocks
Father You're the light in the night
Father You're my strength and my forever friend
Abba Father You're my Hero
You're there when I need You
You sent the greatest gift Of love into my life.
Daddy You're the best and You're mine
Daddy You're so sweet Sweeter than anyone I've met
Daddy You're my song in the night
Daddy You're my strength And my forever friend
Daddy, Daddy You're my Hero
You're there when I need You
You're the greatest gift I've receive in my life.

RESURRECTION (8) - BIODATA
Pastor KBCHAN is a worship leader, a songwriter and Christian recording artiste with a Psalmist anointing. He has so far released six Christian albums being, ‘Revival is in this Land' , which has 6,000 copies sold in 1989, ‘In a Sacrifice of Praise' in 1991, ‘Look on our Fields' done in the USA in 1992, ‘The New Season' in 1994, ‘A Song in the Night' in 2002 and now the latest worship album called ‘Intimacy – a worship experience' 2005. All the albums have been well received locally and abroad. So far KB has written more than 60 songs.
Saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit in August 1987, he spent the earlier part of his ministry reaching out to the small churches in the East Cost of Malaysia and moved among some AOG churches in Kuala Lumpur back in 1989-1991 while still working in the bank.
He was called into full time ministry in July 1992 after working in a bank for 23 years.
While preparing to serve the Lord in a big way in 1994, the doctors told him that his kidneys had failed and he needed to go for dialysis three times a week. He has been a dialysis patient for more than 15 years now.
In spite of his physical condition, he still carries his keyboard and ministers to smaller churches locally. He was a worship Pastor for two years in a local church.
Ordained and recognized as a minister in 1996, he started a ministry of worship and intercession called ‘Sweet Incense' . Many lives have been touched and transformed by his music as he ushers them into the throne room of God.
His life and testimony have been a good testimony of God's grace and provision in times of needs. He has been acknowledge as a ‘walking miracle' and spends his time witnessing to new dialysis patients and has brought many to the Lord these 15 years.
In July 2003, his kidneys were removed because doctors said it was life threatening. It was a miraculous operation and doctors took five and a half hours to perform the operation.
In spite of the fact that he has no kidneys and has to do dialysis three times a week, the Lord strengthens and restores his ministry to the nation. He is now traveling across the nation to minister in churches and camps and has brought much comfort to the hurting and the broken-hearted.
He has just completed his sixth album called 'Intimacy-a worship experience'.
Pastor KBCHAN is married with two daughters. One is married to an Australian and they are both Pastors and his younger daughter is a graduate.
The photographs of KBCHAN' s removed Kidneys:As shown in this pictures KBCHAN' s kidneys has been enlarged from the size of a man' s palm to about 14 cm long and 6 cm wide with cysts growing all over the kidneys. One kidney weights 4.5 kilos and the other is 4.8 kilos. It is a hereditary disease called Polycystic kidneys.
If you have been touched by what God is doing in the life of Pastor KB Chan, the miracle in his life, the provisions, the strength to overcome and the abounding Grace of God and you want this God to come into your life to help you too.
Please Pray:
Lord Jesus I want You to be my Savior too. Come into my life to save me. Forgive all my sins I believe you died on the cross for me. And on the third day, You rose again from the dead. Fill me with the Holy Spirit, my Comforter,Thank you Jesus,In Jesus name I pray, Amen
